Job Duties: 

  • Administer a portfolio of clients in collaboration with the team, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments, and submission of statutory returns.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Proactively contribute to team projects, offering innovative ideas to improve efficiency.
  • Gradually take on additional responsibilities and develop expertise in technical matters.
  • Communicate openly with clients to deliver exceptional service, supported by team guidance.


Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the financial services sector.
  • Confidence to handle tasks independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work and outstanding client service.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • A desire to study towards a professional qualification, such as CGI or STEP.
