Corporate Administrator

Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to manage a portfolio of client structures, ensuring effective administration and client service. The role involves liaising with clients and intermediaries daily, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of client structures, handling all administrative duties in line with company and client agreements.
  • Attend client meetings with support from a Manager and develop professional relationships.
  • Correspond with clients and their advisers efficiently and promptly.
  • Prepare and submit accurate accounts and provide other required information to clients and third parties.
  • Oversee the daily management of client affairs, ensuring statutory records are maintained and regulatory deliverables are submitted.
  • Conduct KYC and Due Diligence in accordance with procedures.
  • Update, scan, file, and archive records to comply with data retention policies.
  • Respond to internal communications concerning the operation of the business.
  • Participate in annual fee reviews and client fee adjustments as required.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of remediation and other projects.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the finance industry.
  • Relevant professional qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML.
