Job Duties:
- Respond to IT Helpdesk calls and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Provide workstation and end-user support, including liaising with external vendors and contractors.
- Maintain data integrity in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Act as a central point of contact for IT application queries and provide training for new starters.
- Proactively monitor IT systems to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Maintain logs and registers, including software and incident management.
- Support IT-related projects to deliver system development initiatives.
- Share expertise with colleagues to ensure continuous service coverage.
- Uphold organisational policies and procedures in daily activities.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and keyboard skills.
- Technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to IT solutions.
- Analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT technologies such as, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Active Directory, Citrix, SQL
- Flying Boat Wealth Management System (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work proactively with limited supervision.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards affecting IT systems.
