Temporary Senior Project Manager - 6 months

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role, based in St Helier, Jersey, involves working within the Finance, Strategy and Change division, particularly in the Operational Excellence team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in finalising and executing the implementation of a new system project, including data migration, and ensuring strategic delivery aligns with organisational goals. Job Duties: 

• Finalise and execute the implementation of a new system project, including data migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement and deliver technical solutions derived from analysis work.
• Convey technical and project-related information to a wide audience, both written and verbally.
• Provide quality assurance reviews on project management and governance.
• Promote accountability and facilitate project delivery throughout the organisation by effectively tracking and managing projects.
• Support delivery against organisational strategy and business plans to achieve both internal and external benefits.

Job Requirements: 

• Strong and proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering technology change, with expertise in data migration and new case management system launches being advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
