Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join their team, on a permanent basis. You will actively assist in managing the book of customers, managing the staff and daily activities of the department on a daily basis, and assisting with staff queries and assess knowledge gaps, whilst implementing training in order to fill such gaps. Previous experience in a managerial role is beneficial, along with the ability to provide high impact performance feedback.
