If so, our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team, on an initial temporary basis for a period of 3 months, with a possibility of becoming a permanent full- time role. Within this busy and varied role your key duties and responsibilities will include purchase ledger maintenance, processing of incoming invoices, arranging approval of invoices and posting, payments via on-line banking or by cheque and issuance of remittance advices as well as new supplier account approval and set-up. This role would suit a pro-active and self-motivated candidate, with a methodical and organised approach. Our client will consider both full or part-time candidates for this temporary opportunity.
