If so, our client is seeking a Facilities Administrator until the 30th of August 2019 to join their team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities Supervisor assisting with all aspects of facilities management. You will deal with internal and external document deliveries, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post, act as Fire Officer for the office, ensure that the health and safety of employees is taking into consideration with the provision of furniture, equipment, heating, ventilation, lighting, toilet and refreshment facilities, as well as ensure that new employees are provided with a security pass and monitor the use.
