Senior Company Secretary

Itchyfeet are working on a new temporary position, for a period of 6 months, for a Senior Company Secretary with at least 3 years’ experience, to join a team responsible for delivering timely, value adding company secretarial support and providing advice on company secretarial and corporate governance matters within the Group. Key responsibilities will include end to end organisation and administration of board meetings and board and senior management committees, implementing processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards and best practice are maintained, maintaining knowledge of all main functions within Secretariat, as well as developing strong relationships with senior management, compliance, risk, finance and tax departments. Proven company secretarial experience gained working at Board level for UK, Channel Islands and / or Gibraltar Companies is required.
