Do you have a minimum of 3 years HR experience? Are you looking for a new temporary opportunity? If so, our client is seeking an individual to join their team, for a period of 3 months, as a HR Officer. You will deliver a professional human resource service to a designated department, as well as assisting in the delivery of the HR business plan. You will provide advice and guidance to Managers in relation to a range of HR issues to include: terms and conditions, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, job description writing, absence management and occupational health referrals as well as performance management, to include capability issues and training and development, pensions and health and safety. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence are of particular importance for this role.
