Recruitment Administrator

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team, on a temporary basis, until the end of March/beginning of April 2020 on a fixed term basis, to provide efficient administration support to the recruitment team. Duties will include advertising and closing vacancies on all recruitment avenues, helping to organise recruitment events, arranging interviews with candidates and recruitment team/hiring managers, ensuring all steps on the onboarding spreadsheet are completed and kept updated in a timely manner, as well as updating the Starter and Leaver Pipeline with new joiner’s information. This role would suit a methodical candidate with excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to prioritise work load and meet tight deadlines.
