Itchyfeet have received a new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our client’s new and growing team, on a temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to assist the Administration Manager with reception duties to include greeting clients upon arrival to the offering refreshments, clearing of the boardroom at end of meetings, producing valuations from various providers for adviser client meetings, and provide support for all client servicing needs e.g. change of addresses, withdrawal requests and valuations. You will also prepare Client Profile Risk Reviews, ensure that client meeting packs are available for client meetings / trips as well as photocopying and scanning / uploading of documents.
