Our client is seeking an In-Store Trainer to join their team, on a permanent part-time basis for 12 hours per week (including evenings and Saturdays), to support the Learning and Development Manager in the effective delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy. You will deliver effective inductions, in line with the 13 week induction programme and support and develop new colleagues throughout this period. In addition, you will evaluate development opportunities with a view to suggest suitable solutions with the L&D Manager, provide coaching and 1 to 1 mentoring in all areas of the business, as well as deliver bespoke in-house training workshops across the business. This role would suit a candidate with coaching and mentoring, training and delivery skills along with the ability to demonstrate a positive and committed attitude and strong planning and organisational skills.
