As a Fund Administrator you will undertake the administration of private equity funds and related entities, primarily support the Corporate Services team in the regulatory and reporting requirements of the private equity funds. Your key duties will include ensuring the timely delivery of fund reporting to investors, co-ordinating the fund investment and divestment decision process including recording decisions and processing related documentation, providing investment transaction information to deal teams and advisors, processing of calls, distributions, cash management, fund and GP payments, as well as tax reporting and statutory and other corporate secretarial matters.
