As a Customer Support Administrator you will effectively deliver excellent customer service to clients and IFAs by the processing of telephone calls and email requests within specified servicing times. Good written and verbal communication skills to both internal & external clients are required along with the ability to deal with internal and external customers professionally, concisely and accurately via telephone, fax and e-mail. If you are pro-active and keen to expand your knowledge and take on new tasks then our client would love to hear from you! This is a temporary opportunity for a period of 12 months.
