Our client is seeking a highly organised individual with good inter-personal and communication skills to join their team, on a temporary basis, until January 2021, as a Medical Secretary. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive secretarial, reception and administration service. Duties will include replying to routine maters, preparing draft letters, ensuring client information, reports and correspondence are entered onto the electronic recording system and are timely available, undertaking confidential audio / copy typing of general correspondence, arranging and attending meetings, preparing minutes and agendas as well as managing and coordinating appointments.
