Itchyfeet are working on a new temporary opportunity, for a period of 3 months, for a Service Desk Analyst to join our client’s busy Service Desk team. You will carry out first level support ensuring an effective customer service is maintained and support the achievement of service levels needed to meet the requirements of the business. You will be accountable for the receipt, logging and progression of all customer contacts to resolution / delivery within the Service Level Agreement, this includes ensuring that customers are fully informed on progress and likely resolution / delivery time. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years customer services experience, as of operations & technical support. Good attention to detail in all matters and a willingness not only to follow but also develop critical service delivery processes is essential for this role.
