Our client is seeking a Trust File Reviewer, with ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or at an appropriate level within Trust Company administration, to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. You will provide risk management services to the trust company including monitoring client business, codes of practice and ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of trust and company law, fiduciary principles and regulatory requirements in appropriate jurisdictions, hold a STEP Diploma or equivalent, and have a commercial and fiduciary risk awareness.
