Corporate Secretarial Assistant

This interesting new role forms part of our client's central services finance team reporting directly to the Director of Central Services, located at their Head Office. As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant you will provide a general administration service for the head office and corporate secretarial support to all executive and non-executive directors, dealing with all applicable corporate matters in a highly professional, well organised and timely manner.  A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in an administrative support role encompassing a corporate secretarial support, ideally gained in a multi-divisional commercial operating business is required. This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, 10am-3pm Monday – Friday.
