Our client is seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join their team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 2-3 months, to be responsible for assisting the Service Desk Manager in delivering a first-class support service to their clients and internal staff. You will be acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity, resolving issues in person, over the phone or remotely. The role is varied and requires a team player who has the ability to manage their time efficiently and prioritise or escalate technical issues to ensure a prompt closure. If you have 1+ years’ technical experience gained in an IT Service Desk role including use of Service Desk management tools with a good understanding of networking and PC hardware, then get in touch!
