Our client is seeking a HR Consultant to join their team, on a temporary basis, until at least December 2020, to work with the Business Partner (Employee Experience) to contribute to the review and development of HR policies. You will need to be able to research relevant policy subject areas, identify best practice, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and prepare policy drafts and associated procedures. Attention to detail is key, along with a thorough approach and the ability to draft documents in a style and format is essential. This is a very rewarding area of HR to work within, the role will bring some autonomy, and will require the candidate to be able to use their initiative and hit the ground running.
