Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment and On-Boarding Officer to provide a world class experience to all candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Within this busy and varied role you will create and own the recruitment and on-boarding plans, whilst acting as the first point of contact for all candidates interested in working for the business, ensuring they are met in a welcoming and friendly manner. You will also maintain recruitment database logs, organise all interviews to include assessment centres, psychometric testing, arranging venues and undertaking the management of these on the day, as well as providing statistics to senior key stakeholders for analysis. This is a 6 month temporary opportunity.
