A new temporary opportunity has arisen, for a period of 6 months, for an IT Technician to join our client’s busy team. Within this role you will provide 1st level application support to users in a timely manner, troubleshooting I.T. issues across the business, escalate problems to senior support team, administration of user accounts & access changes / requests and being responsible for supporting users with PC Hardware, MFD, peripherals and mobile devices. You will also ensure calls / tickets to business support are logged and kept up to date, set up meeting rooms (video conferences and equipment required) and provide general facilities support. 2-3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or equivalent role is required along with experience with client PC connection (VPN, Ethernet and TCP/IP).
