Alongside the CPO, this temporary 12 month role is responsible for driving the development of an inclusive and engaging culture, embedding the business values to ensure high performance is delivered. The role will design and develop programmes, frameworks, interventions and solutions to reinforce the unique culture, values, employee value proposition and commitment of delivering an inclusive workplace. The role will work with a broad range of internal stakeholders to influence engagement, alignment and accountability with our culture and values - as well as creating the internal operational capability which drives the ongoing employee lifecycle in a dynamic and evolving global business.
