A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join our client’s Claims team, on a temporary basis, to undertake administration duties relating to the withdrawal process stages for both the IOM and Dublin offices, as well as proactively contributing to designing and delivering the most positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be educated to at least GCSE standard with a minimum of 5 A* - C / 9 – 4 Grade (including English and Maths), be a confident self-starter, possess excellent communication skills along with the desire to develop a career within a customer centric environment. Experience within a life assurance environment would be an advantage.
