As a Senior Administrator in our client’s Real Estate team, you will deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities, maintaining and enhancing client relationships on your own portfolio, as well as supervising and developing junior team members. The ideal candidate will have 4 years’ relevant industry administration experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio, preferably with exposure to corporate clients. You will hold a Table 5 Qualification, be studying towards a Table 4 Qualification, along with good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements & working practices.
