Our client is seeking an experienced minute writer with co-sec experience, to join a busy funds department, on a temporary basis, for a period of 6 months, potentially leading to a permanent vacancy. You will support the administration team with the certain company secretarial areas of the service provided to the clients. Duties will include co-ordinating board meetings, production of board packs and attendance at meetings to minute take, updating the company records on the systems, as well as preparation of the minutes for the board / committee meeting minutes. If you have strong minute writing, administration experience and sound technical financial services knowledge, then get in touch!
