As a Customer Service Assistant you will provide assistance to customers regarding the Office of the Superintendent Registrar services; including the administration and support of activities, facilitate customers access to services, supporting members of the public and key associated professionals, as well as update internal systems and data, including making changes to customer records e.g. change of address, and other customer or departmental related information to ensure accurate customer records are maintained.
