Our client is seeking a Senior Catering Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis, working six days per week with an early start and finish. Within this role you will take responsibility of their fresh departments, reporting directly to the general manager. You will take ownership of and drive forward their fresh food departments, managing, training and developing the existing fresh food teams, whilst understanding and providing customer specific requirements. You will also be familiar with current h.a.c.c.p procedures and be certified to level 3 food safety in catering and be experienced in the ordering, storage and stock control of fresh food.
