Senior Fund Administrator - Guernsey

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fund Administrator to join a well-established company on a temporary basis, for a period of 3 months. You will carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager. Duties will include assisting with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings, maintaining accurate investor records and process investor changes, as well as preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses. The successful candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent) and possess good interpersonal skills.
