As a Senior HR Advisor you will provide expert advice, guidance and consultancy services to the business, which contribute to Group objectives and support a performance, learning and service driven culture. Working with the Partners, Directors and Senior Managers you will proactively identify and resolve people management issues through the application of appropriate individual and organisational interventions. The successful candidate will possess strong HR experience, with exposure to working across different jurisdictions, covering performance management, talent development and employee engagement. Confidence with excellent communication and organisation skills are key with an ability to hold difficult conversations and make decisions quickly. This is a temporary role to cover a period of maternity leave.
