Our client is seeking an Administrator with experience in a customer services or call centre environment, to join their Customer Operations team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 6 months, to provide a first-class level of customer service. You will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails by assuming responsibility to resolve enquiries and complaints in a professional, accurate and timely manner, update systems, spreadsheets and reports as needed to achieve deadlines, as well as examine relevant reports and identify any inaccuracies. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, good face to face skills, telephone manner and good demeanour / listening skills when dealing with customers.
