Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Reception and Facilities Assistant, to join their team, on a permanent, part-time basis (1pm-5:30pm). In this role, you'll be a member of the front of house team, providing a professional service to all external and internal clients. You will greet reception callers, answer incoming telephone calls, record all hand deliveries and Summonses in the relevant log books, conduct client verification procedures for client due diligence, prepare meeting rooms with refreshments, as well as assist with event set-up and coordination.
