A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator, to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis, working either full-time or part-time hours (9-2pm). You will attend to customers who visit the office to collect goods already purchased online, online redemption of voucher needs to be completed and then handing over, product purchased as well as customers who visit the office to purchase goods, checking if sufficient stock and taking payment POS / Cash, email customers to advise pre-ordered products are available for collection or will be delivered, as well as liaise with Jersey based sales / service team to advise of product arrivals, delays. This role may potentially become permanent.
