Our client is seeking a Client Services Advisor with excellent and rounded communication skills, both verbal and written combined with a mature and understanding manner as the post holder may deal with sensitive issues to join their team on a temporary basis, for a period of 3 months. You will provide a high quality and reliable information and advice service by dealing proactively with all initial client enquiries within the Client Services team, in order that a first class service is provided to meet client needs. The Client Services team will answer all incoming telephone calls, face-to face and all general e-mail enquiries for the Company. Previous successful experience in Customer Care is essential.
