Customer Relations Executive x 2 - Guernsey

Our client is seeking two Customer Relations Executives to join their dynamic and passionate Customer Support department. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service across their 200 plus gaming sites. You will be responsible for communicating with clients via email and Facebook, completing Due Diligence checks and escalating client queries to the Team Leaders. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, an interest in customer services, be proficient with MS word & excel and have typing skills. Zendesk experience is desirable as is the ability for you to be self-motivated and hard working.
