Personal Assistant - Jersey

Do you have experience of providing executive support, including calendar management along with a knowledge and understanding of data protection requirements? If so, this 2 month temporary role may interest you! As a Personal Assistant you will provide a range of office based administrative services to facilitate the work of the team. Duties will include logistical support for senior executives, including updating calendars, reserving meeting rooms and arranging travel, carry out administrative processes and workflows, as well as initiate ordering of goods, review order requisitions and liaise with external providers to ensure goods and services are ordered and delivered on time and budget.
