Senior Administrator, Corporate Services - Jersey

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, organised and driven individual, with a positive 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills, to join their Corporate Services team on a temporary basis as a Senior Administrator. You will assist with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships, preparation of minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation, as well as attend to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines. If you have 2-3 years' experience in a corporate administration role with an exceptional academic track record, either studying towards or keen to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP, then get in touch!
