Itchyfeet are working on a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to join a leading bank, on a permanent full-time basis, as a Personal Banker. Within this role you will operate as the first point of contact and provide an exceptional level of service to International Personal Banking clients through a number of channels (including via phone, e-mail and face to face) within the team, offering financial solutions to clients within defined parameters and governance processes. You will always operate with a mindset on client centricity and continuous improvement. If you have 1-2 years’ banking experience, ideally in a call centre, then our client would love to hear from you!
