Office Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 2-3 months, to provide general assistance to management, follow office procedures ensuring the office is kept fully functional and support all administration where required. Duties will include opening the office, answering telephone calls, inputting and checking timesheets against the tracking system, creating invoices and purchase orders for management to sign off, general typing, ensuring office  stationery is kept fully stocked, as well as general credit control tasks.
