A fantastic and rewarding temporary 12 month role is now available to directly manage and lead a “Business Process Automation” transformational programme in redesigning and automating company processes to enhance a large financial business journey and employee experience. Responsibilities will include leading and delivering a business transformational programme, providing reports to stakeholders on project status, issues, risks and change management plans, recording information accurately and conducting progress and outcome reviews. This job is ideal for someone who has 10+ years’ experience in leading group transformation projects, excellent communication skills and can identify opportunities for continuous improvement and has a momentum and excitement for our client’s employees.
