This exciting temporary 12 month role will involve providing email communications for the planning, creation, delivery and support services for our client along with associated customer service support to manage customer enquires arising from email and other transformation communications. Duties will include co-ordinating, delivering, monitoring and reporting on multiple email communication campaigns to support a range of change projects. You will deliver a positive customer experience for stakeholders who receive email and related communications about the service provided and legislative change, enhancing the project’s ability to meet their objectives. If you have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer experience sector or 4 years’ in marketing / journalism with excellent written and oral communication skillset and the ability to use Microsoft software and social media, then get in touch!
