Our client is seeking several Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team until the end of January 2022. You will have responsibility for ensuring incoming telephone calls, emails and other customer related queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively and will be required to take ownership of ensuring that all customer queries are followed up as necessary and dealt with as quickly as possible, ensuring continuity in the delivery of exceptional customer care that the business is recognised for. Although this is a full-time role working over 5 days to include either a Saturday or Sunday, our client will also consider part time work.
