Business Development Manager - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with a dynamic approach and a successful track record of network development and new client acquisition and retention, to join their team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will seek new opportunities by contacting existing businesses, hotels, restaurants, network future business, recruit new staff and set up new teams, identify alternative routes to market and consequently generate additional revenue for the business, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, as well as prepare budgets and sales forecast. Existing experience in developing new business contacts by winning new customers of all sizes / profiles and across multiple sections is required for this role.
