Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team, on a permanent basis, to support the operational activities of the IT Service Desk team, as well as supporting and administering IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. You will work closely with the rest of the IT and technical teams as well as providing support for the users and owners of the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience in a first-line IT systems and user-support role or customer service experience, understanding or exposure to key systems and Service Desk such as Citrix Administration, Office365, Document Management Systems, ITSM Ticketing platforms, IP Telephony, as well as knowledge or experience of troubleshooting hardware.
