Corporate Governance Senior Administrator - Jersey

Operating within our client’s Corporate Governance team, as part of In-House Counsel, our client is seeking a highly organised Senior Administrator to join, on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of project and administrative work, in priority order set by the business, working as part of a small team along with collaboration with colleagues in other teams as appropriate. Duties will include undertaking file reviews of in-house entities and assisting with the implementation of new systems. This role is suitable for someone who has previous experience in industry and / or professional practice with relevant qualifications, ideally ICSA / STEP qualifications, possesses excellent organisation and administrative and document management experience.
