As the Learning & Development Manager you will work with the Business Leaders to develop the learning agenda and implement a range of development activities that are aligned to the business’ strategic goals. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or Learning and Development (CIPD or other) with experience in both instructional design and facilitation. This is a temporary role for a period of 2 years.
