Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist for a period of 6 months to work at their front desk between the hours of 12pm-5pm. The role will primarily involve standard receptionist duties such as answering the phone in a professional manner and greeting guests however, you may also be asked to assist with some administrative tasks from around the business depending your own transferrable skills. Duties will also include archiving employee files, dealing with outgoing post and preparing and cleaning boardrooms. Full training and development will be provided should you not have previous experience, and there will be opportunity to work additional hours covering the morning reception staff during absences.
