Administrator, Corporate Actions - Jersey

In this engaging role, you will support our client’s Corporate Actions team with the administration of Events during peak season on a full-time temporary 6 month contract. Duties will include creating proxy voting events, ensuring all files that require creations/amendment are presented to the Assistant Manager in a timely manner for checking, resolving shareholding reconciliation issues and ensuring all allocated tasks are completed by the end of the day. The successful candidate will be pro-active, able to demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to work independently, be systems literate and prioritise tasks to meet continual deadlines.
