A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our client’s team, on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 6 months, to provide an efficient and friendly front-line service to all clients, prospective clients, intermediaries and suppliers. Duties will include operating switchboard console, taking messages where needed and conveying them by email, reserving taxis and ordering lunches as required, setting up meeting rooms and dealing with any administrative issues that arise. You will have excellent communication skills, strong personal organisation and time management skills, a good standard of education, secretarial and administrative skills and a knowledge of MS Office. There will be a requirement to make every client/visitor experience a professional and positive one and the need to prioritise duties effectively during higher volumes of work or peak times.
