Our client is seeking a Junior Secretary to join their team, on a temporary monthly rolling basis, to assist with day to day tasks in the office. Duties will include making refreshments, answering telephone in a polite and professional manner, taking/passing on messages, scanning, monitoring and re-ordering stationery / supplies, maintaining Group Diary, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation, as well as preparing letters to go out with Policy Documents and working with Office Insurance management computer system. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, be a good team player, have good communication skills and be well spoken. Our client will also consider candidates looking to work mornings only.
